An invitation

Your voice is already with you.

You use it every day to connect, create and express yourself. But what lies beyond the sound?

Over two live evenings with Radwa Elnesr, explore your voice not just as a sound you make, but as a resource for self-discovery and expression.

“The journey begins when you start remembering its frequency.”

— Radwa

The experience

What will we explore?

Six doorways into your voice, approached with curiosity rather than judgment.

  1. The voice beyond sound

How your voice relates to your body, emotions and thoughts.

  2. Inner world, outer voice

What you feel inside, and what you express outside.

  3. Your body as your voice

Breath, sensation, and how your physical state shapes your sound.

  4. The voice and the unconscious

Familiar patterns that shape expression, noticed without judgment.

  5. A pathway to creativity

Imagination, spontaneity and creative freedom through sound.

  6. Your own voice, experienced

From understanding to direct, guided experience.

Breath · resonance · expression

Take a breath. Listen.

For Radwa, the human voice is not simply something we use. It is something we can learn to understand, experience, and embody.

Your two-day journey

Discover. Explore. Embody.

Day One · Friday 30 October · 8–10 PM

  • The relationship between your voice, body, emotions, and thoughts.
  • Authentic expression and the patterns you may have learned to adapt to different situations.
  • Breath awareness and the connection between bodily sensation and vocal expression.
  • Your personal relationship with your voice: what feels natural, what feels unfamiliar, and what you would like to explore further.

The invitation: Begin listening to your voice differently, with greater awareness of what influences the way you express yourself.

  • Vocal exploration
  • Sound & breath
  • Softness to strength
  • Imagination
  • Resonance meditation

See the whole day

Understanding your voice is one thing. Experiencing it is another.

  • Vocal exploration beyond familiar habits and expectations.
  • How sound, breath, and bodily awareness interact during vocal expression.
  • Using the voice to explore different qualities of expression, from softness and stillness to strength and expansion.
  • Allowing imagination and sensation to inform your creative process.
  • A guided vocal resonance journey designed to support reflection, presence, and a more conscious relationship with your inner experience.
  • Integrating what you’ve discovered into your everyday life.

The invitation: Move from thinking about your voice to experiencing it, discovering new possibilities for how you express yourself and relate to your inner world.

Who is it for?

You don’t have to be a singer.

Open to everyone. No singing or vocal training experience is required.

  • On a journey of self-discovery

Curious about your inner world and how you express it.

  • Artists, singers & performers

    Deepen presence and authentic expression.

  • Actors & creative practitioners

Breath, sound and emotion for character and improvisation.

What it can open up

Not about a perfect voice.

It’s about what becomes possible when you listen with curiosity. You may begin to:

  1. Notice your voice more deeply
  2. Recognize your patterns of expression
  3. Reconnect with your body
  4. Express feeling through sound
  5. Awaken your creativity
  6. Build a conscious relationship with your voice
  7. Discover new possibilities

Invitations to explore, not guaranteed outcomes. You’ll also take home guided vocal practices to revisit after the course.

Her work brings together artistic exploration and embodied vocal practices, inviting people to discover how they relate to their voices, recognize familiar patterns of expression, and explore new possibilities for communicating and expressing themselves.

As the founder of 7 WAW, an Arabic-origin platform dedicated to the holistic exploration of voice and consciousness, Radwa has developed an integrative approach grounded in her Seven Dimensions Theory. Her work extends across vocal embodiment, workshops, guided experiences, retreats, and creative performance.

Whether through singing, speaking, or working directly with the voice, her intention is to create spaces where expression becomes more than performance: an opportunity to listen more deeply, cultivate awareness, and explore a more authentic relationship with oneself.
